We are seeking a disciplined and responsible Assistant Security Officer to support the security operations of our organization. The candidate should have experience in handling security procedures, monitoring safety standards, and ensuring a secure environment for guests, staff, and property. Candidates with experience in 5-star hotels will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily security operations and staff supervision
- Monitor CCTV systems and security surveillance activities
- Ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises
- Handle incident reporting and emergency situations effectively
- Coordinate with local authorities when required
- Maintain visitor and vehicle records
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and security procedures
- Train and guide security personnel on standard operating procedures
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and guest concerns
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in security operations
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Candidates with 5-star hotel experience will be given preference
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of fire & safety procedures and emergency handling
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Security training certification preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
