Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
- Document and communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Narrative Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level reporting tools and applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management frameworks.
