We at SLV Fortune industries are into design and manufacturing of Graphite components and are working with Automobile, Jewellery, Furnace manufactures etc.
Our ideal candidate has a technical background, preferably Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) fresher or experienced for Quality & Inspection.
key Responsibilities:
· Read and understand engineering drawings
· Handle & Measure dimensions using Precision instruments like Micrometre, Vernier etc
· Inspect the specification of the product during manufacturing process
- Manage the shop floor inspection activities on daily basis
- Developing and implementing quality control systems & standards
· Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
· Analyse defects, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with others to resolve issues
· Preparing & Maintaining Daily production Reports, Final inspection Test Reports & Root cause analysis report
- Ensure discipline in the shop floor
- Willing to work in shifts
