We are seeking a creative and imaginative Story Writer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a strong understanding of narrative structure, and at least one year of hands-on experience writing engaging scripts and stories in English, Malayalam, and Hindi for video, film, and digital content.
Responsibilities
- Develop original stories, scripts, and concepts for films, videos, and digital content in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to shape and refine story ideas.
- Revise and edit scripts based on feedback and production requirements.
- Ensure that stories are engaging, coherent, and aligned with the company’s vision.
- Research topics, characters, and themes to add depth and authenticity to stories.
- Maintain deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in story writing, scriptwriting, or creative writing.
- Proven story writing experience in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating multilingual storytelling skills.
- Strong imagination and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent command of language, grammar, and narrative flow.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different formats and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the production process is a plus.
