Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Team player with a willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and executive bar
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Follow all hotel service, hygiene, and safety standards
