Job Description:
-Recruitment and selection – Execute and manage the recruitment and selection process of faculty, nurses and other staff and also train line managers in set periodic assessment procedures.
- Learning and development – Employee orientation, implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs, appraisal and reward systems.
- Human resources policy – develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across Hospital and Medical College, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and management of human resources metrics – produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover of Staff (Hospital)
- Claim Handling.
- Labour Mediation.
- Look after administrative matters concerning faculty and staff.
- Other related additional responsibilities.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in Healthcare Industry Sector, Medical College/ Hospitals having IPD and OPD.
Upper Age Limit: - 45 years.
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹30,000.00 per month
