We are hiring for the following positions:
CRE – Sales
Location: Vedvyas, Rourkela
Experience: 1–2 Years
Languages: Hindi & English
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer applications
Notice Period: 15–30 Days
Key Responsibilities
CRE – Sales
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update customer records in Excel and CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle inquiries and deliveries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
