- Mechanical Machine Assembly: Assemble structural frames, sub-assemblies, and mechanical parts for packaging machines and conveyors.
- Control Panel Wiring: Build, mount, and wire industrial control panels from scratch according to electrical schematics.
- Full Equipment Wiring: Route, conduit, bundle, and terminate wires neatly across conveyor lines and packaging structures.
- Field Connections: Connect the central panel to critical field components, including electric motors, gearboxes, sensors, and actuators.
- Component Integration: Mount and integrate electrical hardware like VFDs, PLCs, relays, contactors, and power supplies.
- Testing & Alignment: Align conveyor belts and mechanical parts, then assist in electrical testing to ensure smooth machine operation.
