At AFK Ventures, the Project Manager operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.
This is not a task-management role — it is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving critical business initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes across revenue, efficiency, and scalability.
You will work directly with founders and senior leadership to translate vision into structured execution, manage cross-functional teams, and build systems that enable the company to scale rapidly.
Core Responsibilities1. Strategic Project Ownership
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority business initiatives
- Convert ambiguous business problems into structured project plans
- Define clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Ensure alignment with overall company strategy and growth goals
2. Execution Excellence & Delivery
- Drive projects from 0 → 1 → scale with strong ownership
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all initiatives
- Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans
- Maintain strong execution discipline across teams
3. Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as the central point of coordination across:
- E-commerce
- Business Development
- CRM & Marketing
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Finance
- Drive accountability and ownership across stakeholders
- Resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless collaboration
4. Process Design & Operational Scaling
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes
- Build SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Implement tools and automation to improve productivity
- Standardize best practices across functions
5. Data-driven Decision Making
- Track project performance through defined KPIs
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Use data to drive continuous improvement
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
6. Founder & Leadership Support
- Work closely with founders on strategic priorities
- Prepare structured reports, business reviews, and presentations
- Support decision-making through analysis and execution insights
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
