Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, schedule product demonstrations, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.
