ü Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer support via email, phone, or remote access.
- Understand client concerns related to using the software (not development issues).
- Assist clients in navigating the software and resolving usage-related questions.
- Document and forward unresolved software-related queries to the development team.
- Share client feedback with relevant internal teams.
- Guide and train users on how to use the software effectively.
ü Who Can Apply:
- Fresher’s or Experienced candidates with any graduation background (B.Com. B.Sc., BCA, etc.).
- Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge is a plus.
- Should be eager to learn and ready to support clients politely and professionally
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
