Job Title: = Senior Manager – Retail F&B Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven leader to head our Retail Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing multiple F&B outlets across airports, food courts, malls, or high-footfall retail environments. The role requires a strong business mindset with proven expertise in driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations of multiple F&B retail outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance while ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
- Own and manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of operational SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop large cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Monitor productivity, inventory, wastage, shrinkage, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage franchise operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, where applicable.
- Strengthen customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, marketing, and other support functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive new outlet openings, business expansion initiatives, and operational transitions.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, airport authorities, mall management, franchise partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance through MIS, KPIs, and operational reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- 12–20 years of experience in Retail F&B Operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets in airports, food courts, malls, QSR chains, cafés, or branded restaurant formats.
- Strong exposure to multi-unit retail operations and franchise management.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management, budgeting, business planning, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Retail F&B, QSR, Café Chains, Airport Retail, Food Courts, Franchise Operations, or Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
