Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused B2B Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries received through IndiaMART and other online sources.
This is an inbound sales role where you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
This is not a field sales role and does not involve cold calling.
Location: Faridabad, Haryana (Candidates must be based in Faridabad)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries received through IndiaMART, Google, website and other B2B channels.
- Speak with contractors, builders, dealers and industrial customers to understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and Proforma Invoices.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up regularly until the order is confirmed.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales or inbound sales.
- Experience handling IndiaMART enquiries or similar B2B lead platforms will be preferred.
- Experience in industrial products, construction materials, building materials, pipes, hardware, electrical products, steel, cement, machinery or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
