POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented and passionate Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. You will be responsible for planning and executing cinematic shoots across the park, crafting trend-driven reels, and producing high-quality digital content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling instincts, hands-on editing expertise, and a keen interest in leveraging AI-based tools to push creative boundaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Video Shoot & Cinematic Content Creation
- Plan and execute professional video shoots across the park's exotic birds, animals, reptiles, aquarium zones, events, activities, and visitor experiences.
- Create cinematic reels, short videos, and promotional content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Capture visually engaging footage using creative camera angles, transitions, drone shots (if applicable), and storytelling techniques.
- Produce content that highlights the beauty, uniqueness, and experiences of Kisna Nature Park.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit reels, promotional videos, event highlights, interviews, and campaign content.
- Apply cinematic effects, sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and colour grading.
- Create fast-paced, trend-driven edits optimised for modern social media audiences.
3. AI-Based Creative Content
- Use AI tools for photo enhancement, AI-generated visuals, video effects, voiceovers, and creative content generation.
- Explore emerging AI trends and tools to continuously improve content quality and innovation.
- Generate AI-supported visual concepts for campaigns, social media, and marketing promotions.
4. Social Media & Marketing Support
- Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to deliver engaging visual campaigns.
- Develop content for promotions, events, festivals, awareness campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Create behind-the-scenes content, teaser videos, and trend-based reels to improve audience engagement.
5. Equipment & Production Management
- Operate cameras, lighting setups, stabilisers, microphones, and editing systems professionally.
- Maintain proper media storage, backups, and organised content libraries.
- Ensure smooth shoot execution and consistent production quality standards.
6. Creative Research & Innovation
- Stay current with trends in cinematic videography, reel editing, AI-generated media, and social content.
- Introduce fresh visual styles, transitions, and storytelling concepts on an ongoing basis.
- Continuously improve content quality based on audience engagement and platform performance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong experience in videography, cinematic shooting, and reel editing.
- Proficiency in editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Working knowledge of AI photo/video generation and creative automation tools.
- Solid understanding of lighting, framing, transitions, storytelling, and sound design.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media campaigns.
- Basic photography and motion graphics knowledge preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and deliver projects within deadlines.
