About the Role
RichestSoft is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in direct sales, end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth for Digital Marketing services in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Digital Marketing solutions.
- Sell Digital Marketing services including:
- SEO
- PPC
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content Marketing
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams for seamless project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales/Business Development.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing services is mandatory.
- Strong experience in End-to-End Sales.
- Excellent Lead Conversion and Closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with international clients (US/UK/Australia) is preferred.
Pay: ₹33,949.61 - ₹98,178.87 per month
