Should be fully compliant with Tally Prime (EL)+
Monitor all supplier/Creditors bill entries, payments through bank and reconciliation with GST portal. Debtors Invoices entry and payment follow up.
Bank reconciliation on day to day basis for Export entries, ecommerce. GST /TDS and Income Tax compliances , resolve audit queries and filing returns and payments
Export related entries. Salary disbursement and check Payroll regarding entries and other compliances like PF,ESI,PT,Gratuity, Form 16 and IT computation and other related.
Should have full knowledge of computers excel/word etc. TDS /PT/GST return filing.
Financial statements - Balance Sheet, P&L quarterly MIS and reports. Audit related work with IT /GST auditor
Financial Analysis and Annual Budgeting and monitor.
