Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining formalities, induction coordination, employee documentation, confirmation, probation and exit-related processes.
- Help maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance and leave information, and other routine HR documentation.
- Support the preparation and rollout of HR policies, processes, letters, templates and employee communications.
- Assist the HR Executives with payroll inputs, statutory compliance documentation and coordination with clients, as required.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, performance management and other people initiatives.
- Prepare trackers, reports, presentations and meeting notes, and follow up on agreed action items.
- Interact professionally with client stakeholders and employees while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Undertake research and other HR assignments that support client delivery and CHROmosome's consulting work.
Eligibility and qualifications
- MBA is mandatory. Candidates pursuing or having completed an Executive MBA, part-time MBA or distance MBA are also eligible.
- Prior work experience is not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources and willingness to learn through practical assignments.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, policies or labour laws will be an advantage but is not essential.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
