About the Role
Mediclear Labs is looking for an experienced, full-time Consultant Pathologist to join our state-of-the-art diagnostic unit in Jagadhri. This role is strictly on-site and deals with a high workload. The ideal candidate must be highly competent in managing lab operations and fully versed in NABL compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Verification: Accurately review and sign off on a high daily volume of pathology, biochemistry, and hematology reports.
- NABL Compliance: Implement, manage, and audit all protocols to ensure the laboratory is fully compliant with NABL regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor daily internal QC, run EQAS, and ensure precision across all testing machines.
- Specialized Reporting: Perform and report on FNAC, cytology, and peripheral blood smears.
- Team Supervision: Guide and manage the senior technician team.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DNB in Pathology (MCI/NMC registered).
- Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory.
- NABL Expertise: Mandatory knowledge of NABL guidelines, documentation, and audit preparation.
- Availability: Ready for a full-time, daily on-site role in Jagadhri/Yamunanagar.
