Job Summary
Susee Hyundai is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling & Back Office Executive to support customer engagement and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, appointments, and feedback.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Inform customers about company services, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service teams.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Back Office Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and operational records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and data entries accurately.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for daily activities.
- Handle filing and document management.
- Support administrative and office-related tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate data management.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
