Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle billing (POS) and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, shelf replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow store SOPs and company policies.
- Support inventory management and stock counting.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
