Job Summary
Warehouse International Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and online sales optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and marketplace analytics.
- Handle inventory management and ensure stock availability across all online platforms.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, returns, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on marketplaces.
- Optimize product visibility using marketplace SEO techniques.
- Track pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.
- Resolve listing issues, account-related concerns, and product catalog errors.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart .
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and inventory control.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and online merchandising.
- Good analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions will be an added advantage.
