Key Responsibilities
- Material planning: Develop and maintain a procurement plan to ensure timely availability of materials or services.

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers or vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Ensure vendors meet the company’s quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing agreements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for goods and services based on the organization’s needs.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve any delays or issues in order fulfillment.
- Generate regular reports for management on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to procurement.
- Knowledge of imports for material import.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
