Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive with experience in Digital Marketing to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, banners, and blogs.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, product promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Filmora.
- Experience handling corporate social media accounts.
