Garment Factory Manager
We are seeking an experienced Garment Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in our cut-to-pack garment manufacturing unit. The role involves managing sewing lines, production targets, quality standards, and workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production from cutting to packing.
- Achieve daily targets while improving line efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Manage worker allocation, discipline, quality, rework, safety, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Submit daily production reports to the Production Manager.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of garment production and sewing operations.
- Experience managing 30–100 workers.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic Excel skills.
