- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Quality Management processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Quality Management modules.
- Ability to work with various SAP components and understand their integration points.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management practices.
