We are looking for a Creative Prompt Engineer / AI Design Specialist who can use AI tools to generate faster, sharper, and more effective creative outputs for design, campaigns, social media, presentations, video concepts, and visual explorations.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from a creative design background and understands visual design, client briefs, brand requirements, social media formats, and production needs. The candidate should be able to use AI as a creative execution partner to crack design challenges, generate visual routes, improve concepts, and speed up day-to-day creative delivery.
Role Overview
The Creative Prompt Engineer will work closely with the creative, design, motion, strategy, and servicing teams to convert briefs into AI-assisted creative outputs. The role requires a strong understanding of design requirements, visual storytelling, art direction, composition, styling, and output quality.
The candidate should be able to write strong prompts, refine AI outputs, explore multiple visual directions, and help the team achieve faster turnaround without compromising creative quality.
This is not a purely technical prompt-writing role. The person must be a creative designer first, with the ability to judge, improve, and direct AI-generated outputs like a designer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand creative briefs and translate them into clear AI prompts, visual directions, and execution routes.
2. Use AI tools to generate campaign ideas, design references, visual concepts, moodboards, image prompts, video prompts, storyboards, and presentation directions.
3. Create prompts for static visuals, motion concepts, product shots, campaign key visuals, social media creatives, video frames, landing page ideas, and pitch concepts.
4. Work with designers and motion designers to solve visual challenges using AI.
5. Generate multiple creative options quickly based on client briefs, internal feedback, and campaign requirements.
6. Review AI-generated outputs critically and refine them through better prompts, design direction, and creative judgment.
7. Ensure outputs follow brand guidelines, campaign tone, visual quality, and platform requirements.
8. Help reduce creative turnaround time by building reusable prompt structures, references, and workflows.
9. Support the team in creating moodboards, style references, visual explorations, and production-ready directions.
10. Stay updated with new AI tools, creative workflows, prompt techniques, and visual trends.
11. Document useful prompts, workflows, and AI output methods for internal team use.
12. Work hands-on with creative teams to take AI-generated references into final design or motion execution.
AI & Creative Tools Experience
The candidate should be comfortable using AI and creative tools to improve speed, quality, and exploration across design outputs. Current tools used by the team include:
- ChatGPT – creative thinking, campaign routes, content structuring, prompt writing, design problem-solving, and presentation support.
- Google Gemini – research, creative exploration, alternate prompt generation,content support, and visual direction.
- Magnifiq / Freepik AI – image generation, visual exploration, campaign references, style development, and creative asset generation.
- HeyGen – AI avatar videos, explainer content, presenter-led videos, training content, and campaign video formats.
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Firefly, Generative Fill, and final creative execution.
- Meta AI – social-first content exploration, creative references, campaign ideation, and AI-assisted visual thinking.
Additional AI tools that would be a plus:
- Midjourney – high-quality visual exploration, moodboards, campaign key visuals, product-style imagery, and art direction.
- Runway – AI video generation, motion references, video enhancement, and concept films.
- Kling / Pika / Luma AI – short AI video generation, scene creation, motion tests, and visual storytelling.
- Canva AI – quick social media layouts, presentation support, and fast design adaptations.
- ElevenLabs – voiceovers, character voices, narration, and audio experimentation.
- Perplexity AI – fast research, references, trend checks, and source-backed exploration.
- Gamma / Tome – quick deck structure, pitch flow, and presentation ideation.
- Krea AI / Leonardo AI – visual style exploration, product imagery, enhancement, and creative references.
- Topaz / Magnific-style upscalers – image enhancement, detail improvement, and production polish.
The candidate does not need to know every tool, but should be curious, experimental, and fast at learning new AI platforms.
Required Skills
1. Strong understanding of graphic design, art direction, visual hierarchy, composition, lighting, typography, layout, color, and storytelling.
2. Ability to understand client briefs, creative objectives, and design challenges.
3. Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative output generation.
4. Strong prompt writing and prompt refinement skills.
5. Ability to create prompts for image generation, video generation, concept development, campaign thinking, and design exploration.
6. Good eye for identifying usable, high-quality AI outputs.
7. Ability to guide designers on how to convert AI-generated references into final execution.
8. Understanding of social media formats, digital campaigns, brand communication, and presentation design.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight timelines.
10. Initiative-driven, curious, experimental, and solution-oriented.
11. Should be able to work independently without constant supervision.
12. Should be a creative thinker first, not just a tool operator.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, art direction, motion design, creative content, or AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Prior experience in an agency, creative studio, digital marketing team, or content production setup is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows will be a strong advantage.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a creative designer who understands how good design works and knows how to use AI to speed up the creative process. They should be able to take a brief, identify the design challenge, explore multiple creative routes using AI, refine the outputs, and help the team move faster with stronger visual thinking.
They should not depend blindly on AI-generated results. They must be able to judge, improve, and direct the output like a designer.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
