Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Turning Operator to join our manufacturing team at Inovit Aerospace Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC Turning equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality materials that meet our stringent specifications. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for excellence and support our commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities
· Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines.
· Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
· Perform routine maintenance on machinery and ensure optimal functioning.
· Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
· Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
· Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
· Document production activities and keep accurate records of outputs and machine performance.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
· High school/ITI/ diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years of experience operating grinding equipment in a manufacturing environment
· Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
· Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting
Preferred:
· Experience with grinding machines and advanced grinding techniques
· Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
· Certification in machine operation or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
· Proficient in operating grinding machines and related equipment
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Experience with computer-based manufacturing systems and inventory management
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
· Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
