Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store and Purchase Assistant to support inventory management, purchasing activities, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, and assist in maintaining efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and inventory balances.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and payments.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and inventory counts.
- Maintain proper documentation of procurement and store transactions.
- Track order status and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials.
- Support administrative tasks related to purchasing and inventory management.
- Generate reports on stock movement, consumption, and procurement activities.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
