Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the entire system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve team productivity and code quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
