Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and expand our artificial jewellery collections. This is a performance-based role with earnings directly tied to the value of invoices closed. You will be responsible for the entire marketing and sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—using both digital and organic marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify target countries, buyers, wholesalers, importers, and distributors.
- Research through B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), LinkedIn, and global trade directories.
- Reach out to importers, generate confirmed leads, and convert them into sales.
Product Marketing
- Assist in preparing product catalogs, pricing sheets, and marketing presentations.
- Update and optimize product listings on international B2B portals.
Client Communication
- Respond to inquiries and share product information with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a communication tracker.
- Document client requirements (certifications, packaging, material specs, labeling, compliance norms).
- Communicate requirements accurately for internal decision-making.
Export Documentation Support (Limited)
- Share buyer details for invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparing order confirmation details.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for quotations and shipping details.
Payment Coordination
- Explain payment terms to buyers (100% advance; exceptions only with approval).
- Track and record payment receipts in a payment log.
- Notify immediately when payments are received or delayed.
Market Trends & Competitor Analysis
- Track global jewellery trends and pricing.
- Suggest potential markets or promising product segments.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
- Drive organic marketing campaigns through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating and posting content for global audience engagement.
- Share new marketing ideas and opportunities.

- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and premium product positioning.
