Job Summary
Metal Fabriks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Mechanical Operator to operate, set up, and monitor production machines. The candidate must have sound knowledge of machine settings, production processes, quality inspection, and the use of precision measuring instruments commonly used in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup
- Operate production machines efficiently and safely as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform machine setup, parameter adjustment, tooling change, and machine setting activities.
- Ensure machines are running as per production requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and take corrective action for minor operational issues.
- Assist maintenance personnel during machine breakdowns and repairs.
Quality Inspection
- Conduct in-process inspection of manufactured components.
- Verify dimensions and quality specifications of products.
- Report quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Measuring Instruments Knowledge
The candidate must have practical knowledge of the following measuring and inspection instruments:
- Dial Gauge
- Vernier Caliper
- Outside & Inside Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Feeler Gauge
- Slip Gauge
- Thread Plug Gauge
- Thread Ring Gauge
- Digital Measuring Instruments
- Surface Plate Inspection Techniques
- Other mechanical measuring instruments commonly used in engineering and manufacturing industries.
Qualifications
- ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter, Tool & Die Maker, Mechanical Trade) or equivalent.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in machine operation and machine setting in a manufacturing industry.

Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
