- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end management of hiring including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding: Conducting orientation sessions, managing joining formalities, and integrating new hires into the company culture.
2. HR Operations and Administration [1]
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll inputs, tracking attendance/leave, and managing employee compensation or benefits packages.
- Database Management: Updating HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) with accurate employee details.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement [1]
- Grievance Handling: Acting as the first point of contact to resolve workplace conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Engagement Activities: Organizing events, team-building sessions, and wellness programs to boost morale and retention.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
