Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our Admissions Team. The role involves generating enquiries, connecting with prospective parents, coordinating school visits, and supporting the admissions conversion process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trust with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage admission leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and outreach.
- Connect with prospective parents to understand their requirements and present the school’s strengths.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and parent meetings.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries to convert them into applications and admissions.
- Support admission events such as open houses, orientations, and outreach programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Work closely with the Admissions Head and school leadership team.
- Build partnerships with feeder schools, parent groups, and local communities.
- Share daily and weekly reports on lead progress and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
- Experience in school admissions or education sector preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Parent counselling and consultative selling.
- Event coordination and school outreach.
- Lead management and reporting.
- Comfort with field visits and weekend admissions work when required.
