About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our premium real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Wealth Management, or other high-value client-facing industries, with proven expertise in engaging HNI/UHNI clients, cultivating strategic relationships, and closing high-ticket transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads for luxury real estate projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, property consultations, and site visits.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management and successful deal closures.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Desired Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust with affluent clientele.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently residing in Goa or willing to relocate/work from Panaji or Dona Paula, Goa will be given preference.
- Experience in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients, luxury products, premium services, or high-value sales is highly desirable.
- Existing professional networks within Goa's luxury, hospitality, or real estate market will be an added advantage.
