We are looking for a responsible and proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee construction and property-related operations across multiple sites. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of civil works as per approved plans, coordinate labor and vendors, manage materials, supervise maintenance, and support rental property operations including tenant interactions and rent collection.
Key Responsibilities
Construction & Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior works at construction sites.
- Ensure execution strictly according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor quality of work, workmanship, and finishing standards.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions quickly.
Worker & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other workers.
- Assign daily work targets and monitor productivity.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper utilization of manpower.
- Follow up with contractors and vendors for timely completion.
Material Management
- Estimate material requirements for ongoing works.
- Arrange procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Maintain stock records and site inventory.
Property & Rental Management
- Collect rents from tenants and maintain rent records.
- Follow up on delayed payments professionally.
- Coordinate tenant move-in / move-out activities.
- Handle tenant complaints and maintenance requests.
- Maintain good tenant relationships.
Multi-Site Management
- Visit and supervise multiple sites regularly.
- Prioritize urgent works across properties.
- Submit daily/weekly updates on site progress.
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets, timelines, and issues.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain work progress reports.
- Track labor payments and site expenses.
- Record material purchases and vendor payments.
- Share site photos/videos and status updates regularly.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works
- Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
- Good worker management and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of material estimation and costing
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English
- Ability to travel between sites

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
