Role Overview
As a Tamil Calling Specialist, you will be the first point of connection between BeastDrive and our participants. You will engage with warm leads—individuals who have already shown interest—and guide them through the journey from curiosity to confirmed participation.
This role is not just about calling—it’s about creating excitement, building trust, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound and warm leads who have requested a callback
- Communicate clearly and confidently in Tamil, explaining BeastDrive events and offerings
- Guide potential participants through event details, pricing, and registration process
- Build rapport and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
- Consistently follow up and convert leads into confirmed registrations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/tools
- Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) – strong spoken communication is essential
- Ability to confidently engage with new people over calls
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement
- Interest in fitness, sports, or adventure experiences
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
