Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This 90-day internship offers fresh students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative support. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to building a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing welcome kits, documentation, and orientation schedules.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate with team members to organize training sessions, workshops, or employee engagement activities.
- Help draft HR-related documents, such as offer letters, policies, and announcements.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and payroll data entry (if applicable).
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, or market trends as needed.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., BBA, MBA, or related fields) with an interest in Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
