that helps brands see what their ORM dashboards don’t. Our mission is simple but
ambitious: decode what people are really saying online, and help brands act on it
with insight, empathy, and agility.

C. What You’ll Actually Do
- In your first few [1-3] months, you’ll:
- Track online chatter for our client brands on social media and online sites
- Tag and organize mentions to help decode what’s really being said
- Draft basic responses for brands to use in customer interactions
- Assist in weekly reports showing what customers are loving (or loathing)
- Once you’re more confident [4-6 months], you’ll:
- Own 1–3 client accounts for response and reports
- Identify patterns that others might miss (e.g., why people are really angry)
- Suggest workflow improvements or better response styles
