Work ONLY on HOT LEADS — No cold calling or cold approach required.
- Handle company-provided hot leads and connect with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the product/service features, benefits & offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Build good customer relationships through effective communication.
- No lead generation or cold calling — leads will be provided by the company.
- Prior telesales experience is preferred.
Key Requirement:
