Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with 4–6 years of experience in IT services companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to the complete accounting cycle, including accounting operations, cash management, taxation, GST compliance, audit coordination, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts. Candidates with experience limited to a single function such as Accounts Payable or Vendor Management will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle the complete accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support finalization of accounts.
- Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers.
- Automate and generate financial and management reports for business decision-making.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of accounting experience in an IT services company with 100–200 employees.
- Strong exposure to the complete accounting cycle and financial management.
- Hands-on experience in taxation, GST compliance, audits, and final accounts.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and/or Tally Prime (Web Version).
- Experience in report automation and advanced MIS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of inter-company accounting, reconciliations, and transfers.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process improvement and accounting automation.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with US or Canadian auditors during statutory audits, financial reviews, or compliance processes.
- Exposure to accounting practices and reporting standards followed by North American entities.
- Experience supporting inter-company transactions involving overseas subsidiaries or parent companies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
