About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manage the team, drive sales and revenue, and ensure an excellent patient/client experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, team management, customer handling, and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the clinic team to achieve business and service goals.
- Drive sales, revenue, conversions, and repeat business.
- Handle enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and client relationships.
- Ensure high-quality patient/client experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor daily appointments, walk-ins, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, cosmetologists, and other clinic staff.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming, and professional standards within the team.
- Ensure clinic protocols, hygiene, safety, and operational standards are followed.
- Handle client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales and clinic performance.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate for timely availability of clinic supplies.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and operational targets.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and client retention.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, sales management, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in sales and team handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Aesthetic/dermatology/cosmetology/wellness/healthcare experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing an aesthetics or dermatology clinic will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
