Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinators to lead our initiative aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among rural women. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural women's entrepreneurship promotion and will be responsible for end-to-end programme coordination including training and handholding of women entrepreneurs, enterprise setup support, group formation, mentorship, bringing local financial and market linkages, ensuring sustainability at the village level by collectivization of entrepreneurs, monitoring, team management and leading convergence with SHG movements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobilization and Entrepreneurship Training:
- Mobilize, select, and enrol women in the selected village for the entrepreneurship development programme
- Deliver a structured EDP and advanced EDP training programme to each group of selected women and support them in conducting market studies and analysis to set up businesses.
- Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and young women receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions.
- Apply and continuously develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun, and interactive.
2. Enterprise Setup Support:
- Assist and support women in setting up their enterprises in rural areas.
- Provide guidance on business planning, financial management, and market access.
- Conduct and analyze market research and create partnerships with organizations and agencies to provide market and financial linkages to women entrepreneurs.
3. Group Formation and Collectivization:
- Facilitate the formation of groups or cooperatives among women entrepreneurs.
- Promote collective action and collaboration to enhance business opportunities, bring market/credit linkages, and other mutually beneficial supports.
4. Mentorship:
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to women entrepreneurs.
- Deliver a sharp focus on all training and counselling contributing to successful outcomes objective-based training.
- Connect them with industry experts and successful entrepreneurs for additional guidance.
5. End-to-End Project Management:
- Plan, monitor, and report the performance of the function to the management.
- Oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
- Lead distribution of in-kind goods and services for women entrepreneurs.
- Monitor women's attendance and undertake mid-way performance reviews that assess young progress against their targets
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Monitor enterprise growth and generate periodic reports, including training reports and data analysis.
- Ensure monitoring and evaluation of the project, including regular field visits, and report project progress and constraints to the reporting officer.
6. Partnership and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with government officials, banks, and credit societies for seed funding for enterprise development.
- Create and lead partnerships with local NGOs, CBOs, and government institutions with common goals.
7. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of project staff and community volunteers.
- Support teams from program locations in terms of handholding, mentoring, and providing technical support for creating business plans for women.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build the capacity of staff on different EDP concepts.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating professional values and attitude.
8. Timely Project Delivery:
- Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the program.
- Ensure all project activities are completed on time and within scope.
- Address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during project implementation.

- Excellent communicator and trainer who can lead structured sessions and ensure training outcomes are achieved.
- Follow processes correctly and use Magic Buss specific tools and methods consistently.
- Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills, including a good level of professional Hindi and English.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to travel across project locations and use own initiative to solve ground-level problems.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by the programme.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Rural Development, Social Work, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in rural development or womens entrepreneurship.
- Strong understanding of rural entrepreneurship and the challenges faced by women in rural areas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines..
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
