Job Summary:
The Girls’ Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall care, safety, discipline, and well-being of girls residing in the hostel. The role involves supervision, emotional support, and ensuring a nurturing and secure environment aligned with the organization’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girls in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline, daily routine, and proper conduct among residents.
- Supervise daily activities such as study time, meals, hygiene, and recreation.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling to students when required.
- Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and hostel registers.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management regarding students’ progress and concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to management.
- Monitor health conditions and arrange medical support when needed.
- Organize value-based activities and life skills sessions for students.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
