We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Team Head – Health Insurance to lead our Health Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, lead and develop Tele Sales and Field Sales teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure the achievement of business targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor Tele Sales and Field Sales teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
- Drive new business across retail, SME, and corporate health insurance segments.
- Increase policy renewals, customer retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct product and sales training programs for the team.
- Monitor team performance and maintain sales reports (MIS).
- Conduct health insurance awareness sessions and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate with insurance partners for product updates and business support.
- Support marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Experience managing both Tele Sales and Field Sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
