Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Incharge – Formaldehyde Plant to support day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Formaldehyde manufacturing unit.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, maintaining process parameters, coordinating with operators and production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting achievement of daily production targets. The role requires active involvement in shift operations, troubleshooting process-related issues, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with Company SOPs, safety guidelines and operational procedures.
The candidate should possess good knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, manpower handling, production planning and process monitoring. Experience in Formaldehyde, Resin, Chemical, Petrochemical or Continuous Process Industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day Formaldehyde plant operations.
- Ensure smooth production and adherence to production targets.
- Maintain process parameters and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance and Utility departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Maintain production reports, logbooks and operational records.
- Support manpower management and shift coordination.
- Identify and report operational abnormalities and process deviations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the plant.
Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma Chemical / B.E. Chemical (Preferred)
Experience: 2–4 Years in Formaldehyde, Chemical, Resin or Continuous Process Manufacturing Industry.
