Role Summary
As a Design Consultant – Digital Manufacturing, you will work directly with Senior Solution Architects and customer manufacturing teams to understand production challenges and develop Digital Manufacturing solutions using DELMIA and related Dassault technologies.
This role comes with mandatory service agreement of 24 months
The role involves manufacturing process planning, virtual validation, factory simulation and implementation of Digital Manufacturing solutions across customer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and business requirements
- Execute Digital Manufacturing and DELMIA implementation projects
- Develop manufacturing process plans and work instructions
- Perform manufacturing process validation and optimization
- Create and maintain Digital Manufacturing models
- Execute virtual build and assembly simulations
- Support factory layout planning and production flow optimization
- Conduct ergonomics and human simulation studies
- Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions and solution reviews
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Production Engineering teams
- Prepare project documentation and engineering deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Digital Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience delivering customer projects
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production engineering
- Experience interacting with customers and understanding manufacturing requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
