We are looking for a proactive, goal-driven, and enthusiastic Presales Executive to support the growth of our educational programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective students, guiding them through the initial stages of their enrollment journey. You will work closely with the admissions team to drive conversions and contribute to overall enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective students through both online and offline channels.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including follow-ups and engagement history.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-up to build trust and long-term relationships with prospects.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, activities, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role.
- (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior exposure to the education sector is a plus
