Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office and timely execution of organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate with department heads and follow up on action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Track key projects, KPIs, and management decisions.
- Draft official emails and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates from departments.
- Support the CEO in planning, coordination, and daily hospital operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.75 - ₹25,000.36 per month
