Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in exports, international sales, logistics, or documentation preferred.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of export procedures, shipping, and international trade regulations.
- Experience with export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate with overseas clients, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Handle export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Communicate with international clients and suppliers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and customs authorities.
- Maintain export records and compliance requirements.
- Support business development and international sales activities.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant education may also apply).
