Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our business development team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into valuable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential leads to introduce and explain Vynzora’s services and offerings
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Identify client needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets
- Generate and schedule appointments for the sales/marketing team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and long-term engagement
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any stream
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is a plus (freshers can apply)
- Confident, target-driven, and enthusiastic personality
